I need to buy 50 acres of land near a forest. The Hogwartz Express will be a narrow gauge line running beside the forest and a river or better still the sea. The building will be build in stone and mortar (cement + clay) with detachable staircases just like fire engines have. Whole cabins with teachers in them will dissappear into the wall and we shall also have krestrels (comodo dragons) and hippogriffs (condors) on site in large (60 X 60 X 60 metre) cages. The students will learn the arts of telepathy, (occlumency), psychopathology (defence against the dark arts), zoology (exotic animals), ayurved (potions), homeopathy (poisons), network computing (marauder's map), database technology, (pensieve), motivational speaking (charms) Hi. I loved all the answers. Yes, I am serious. I love the Harry Potter books 1) because they are very well written books 2) because they are not about the good guy and the bad guy but they potray each character with unique failings. I just love the way Rowling has achieved this. 3) I don't think anything that has been written in the book does not exist in some form or the other in the world right now. It is a question of perspective. Hogwartz is just a concept where exceptionally brilliant students go to learn how to cope with their special gifts. It has nothing to do with so-called magic (or everything to do with it) I have always been different and have suffered for it. So yes, I am serious I want to give anyone who donates (invests?) $100 to this project one share in this venture. And yes, it is going to be profitable but the profits will be ploughed back to the project.

When I have less sleep, the heart rate eventually increases, and it feels very annoying to me. So, I get more tensed, which again increases the heart rate, and the vicious cycle continues.. :( . I also have chronic migraine headaches, and chronic Rhinitis. I sneeze every now and then. Does this have any relation with all this stuff? I want to be a healthy person, what should I do? I have been troubled with all these symptoms for more than 4 years continunously. The sense of happiness has died for me.. I have tried everything from yoga, to allopath, to homeopathy, to, to ayurverda, still, there is no improvement. I have one more problem, despite of my best efforts, I am not able to wake up early. Usually, I sleep 8-12 hours. Sometimes, it gets impossible for me to wake up early, despite the best efforts of my family mates. I am troubled with all these syndromes from period of time as long as 4 years, and I don't get a feeling of happiness anymore. Somebody please help me out..

Do you dabble with herbs, homeopathy, aromatherapy? do you have an ancient cure passed down from your gran? does an old wives tale work for you? i.e. peppermint tea is great for upset tummies. sage tea is a great mouth wash for gum and throat problems. Wouldnt it be nice to share our findings.

I am in Gurgaon and want to start treatment for Hair loss. Who is best, Dr Batra, Dr Bakson, Richfeel or AHR? Has anyone heard of AHR (Amazing Herbal Remedies). Its site is amazingherbalremedies.com They claim they can reverse the process of baldness to hairgrowing. but treatment cost 3000/- per month. Can anyone suggest who is best out of above 4 or anyone else? How about Richfeel? Please help settle an argument. One protagonist says that when the NHS was founded the politicians must have taken advice from the eminent medical men of the day in making the decision to include homepathy. The other says that because the late Queen Mother was a keen proponent of homeopathy, her influence on the chattering classes was transmitted via them to the politicians. I'm not interested in whether it's a good or bad thing, or whether t works or not: I'm just curious about where the decision to include it came from, when many other alternative therapies were excluded..

Hi my hayfever is playing up and I dont want to take any medical medication for it as it does say on the ones I used to take that I couldnt take in pregnancy so ive decided not to go for any, even benadryl as I heard that this was ok to take in pregnancy. I went into my local homeopathy shop and they recommended, New Era, a homeopathically prepared biochemic remedy got hayfever, and he said this the one that is safe to take in pregnancy. Has anyone else tried this ?

i've found that when it comes to general healthcare and well-being, ayurvedic medicine and homepathy have worked much better thna advice from doctors/pharmacists whose drugs always tend to have some sort of side-effect/risks.... anyone else noticed this?

now days the horse is showing pain with swelling on his left leg he is having this swelling from long time back when I purchased him. From last four years he was not showing any pain in it, even when i completed 120km endurance then also he was not having any pain but this time before the last endurance he started showing pain in it and from that time till now he is showing pain in it. During this time I treated him with homeopathy with it. I removed his swelling about 75% and pain too but when I stopped the treatment after one month he again started showing the same problem the swelling came back. from last 3 month he is in rest without shoes

What I feel: Sleepy, blurred vision, dizziness, lots of fatigue, chronic cough, hot head (without fever) and headache, anhedonia, sensitive vision to the light or sunlight, lots of weird spots in my face and back. I already went to: Psychologist, general doctor, neurologists, homeopathy, otolaryngologist, acupuncture, ophthalmologist. Nothing serious was diagnosed. I?ve already heard them saying it might be depression, but they never diagnosed me with that, by the way I have no reason to have depression, really. Some said it might be vision problems, but already checked and nothing?s wrong. I?ve thought even about a brain tumour but the 5 neurologists told me I?m fine, that I don?t even need a MRI. I DON?T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. It ruined all my life, left job, university, interchange proposal. All I do is staying in bed, my body is ill and I don?t know what it is, neither doctors. =(

What I do know about homeopathy is that its based on the belief that our health problems are only symptoms of an underlying problem within our body, and its necessary to solve that underlying problem instead of suppressing the symptom(to summarize).I was just reading a sample questionnaire that they give patients to answer in order to determine the underlying problem, and I have a major problem with the psychological section -- where they ask about mental/emotional problems. I see this as a major methodological problem because 1) Do these people even have PhDs in a psychological field? I am assuming they dont, and if they did, 2) How is a questionnaire enough to diagnose somebody? There are so many other factors involved, such as repressed memories and the fact that they are making a diagnosis on the patients' self-reports. Since I am running out space, I won't list all the problems I can see with this, but I am just asking someone to explain how its valid because I don't understand?

I've been suffering from sever acne most of my adult life. Derm visits were unscessful. Recently I started going to a wellness center. They've determined that i have digestive issues, Candidas, Liver and galbladder overload. All does make sense to me. I've lived w/ digestive issues all my life to the point it's a normal part of my life. As a result, i'm taking several different supplements (AF betafood, morinda supreme, clorophyll complex, digestive enzyme, acidophillus and spiurlina). My question is, is it safe to take al these supplements at the same time? Most important question is, has anyone had an illness or a health issue, when modern medicine does help go see a hemopathic doctor and had sucess? I know my skin condition and the digestive issues won't be fixed over night but how long will it take?

My mom has total uterine and vagianal prolapse. Doctor has advised hysterectomy and but I believe that she can cure herself with homeopathy. I have already given her Sepia 200 potency 3 drops once a week. Four times I have given her this. She has no relief and the prolapsed uterus comes out about 4 inches out of the vagina, she constanly has to hold it by her hand. After this I also gave her Lilium tigrinum 30 potency 3 dose daily for 3 days. No relief from this, so currently I am giving her Arnica 30 which is a muscular tonic and as she has back pain also. She feels better with it I am giving her since last 2 days. I want to give her below medicines. Kindly confirm them. Only homeopathy doctors reply with sound knowledge of the subject. Podophyllum 30 potency three times daily. I feel cold almost all of the time...my hair is falling out...I feel tired all of the time and my memory is shot. I am 38 yo. Sometimes I think I am losing my mind. I recently went to see my doc who did some bloodwork which came back OK but I "just know" that something is not right. I'm not asking a question to see whether homeopathy is fake or not- so please refrain yourself from saying offensive things.. but anyway, I am wondering how one can become a homeopathic doctor. I guess you call that position a homeopath since it's not really a "doctor". 1)What education and certification do you need to have patients come in and you diagnose for them and suggest the right homeopathic medicine? 2)Do you have to already have a degree in regular medicine like being an Registered Nurse or a doctor? 3)How about for animals? I discovered this problem since last six months, my wife and I planned ivf that too failed twice. Both the quality( sluggishely motile) and the count( some times2 million sometimes 8 million sometimes nil ) is not normal. I had aurvedic treatement and yoga the quality improved to 95% actively motile but the count didn't improved. Now I need your guidence to get myself treated through HOMEOPATHY.
