My husband and I have been married for 9 years. Three years ago he left and had an affair. We were separated for 15 months. We have been back together now for almost 2 years, but things are not right...he has no sex drive. We've been to counseling (were separated again for 4 months last fall) but things are no different. He's sweet and kisses me when he comes home...he shows me he loves me in other way like a couple days ago he bought me some flowers...but on our anniversary (this past April) we went to dinner and said maybe 3 sentences the whole time. It was the same last year too...and no sex. The only time we've had sex is at my initiation. If I didn't, we could go as many as 3 months without having sex. Right now, it's been a month. The kicker is he's only 29. I'm depressed. I am so happy that we cuddle and he says "I love you" a lot, but it never goes any farther. So, how important is it? Should I just be happy with that I have? I don't know what to do. It's not like we've never talked about how things are going. He knows how I feel. He's been checked - medically. there's nothing wrong with his hormones. I do all i can to be sexy...I always look nice and keep myself up. he tells me all the time how sexy I look. It just doesn't go any farther.

You know when they say, gay marriage is wrong, because it'll open the door to poligamy and stuff... I've thought about it a bit, I don't even know what's WRONG with poligamy really, that's bad right? but they're consenting adults, I mean it's different, but why's it so bad? I don't even get why asexuals can't marry themselves for the tax benefits and to adopt. It's not like they need a sex partner to raise a child. It kind of shows a loophole in my argument for gay marriage doesn't it?

I've been engaged to the women of my dreams for 6 months. We have been together for a year and a half and for awhile it was perfect. I have been in the navy for 9 months and that makes it hard on us. We are 600 miles away and it makes things rough. Recently we have had some problems. I gave her the password for my email and she got on and found emails to other women and sex sites. We later found out it was my ex-friend on this base and he was punished. Then she asked me if i had talked to my ex-grilfriend (who I was good friends with) and I told he no. She later found out that was a lie and it has damaged our relationship. Then she found out before i joined the Navy I had tried to find phone sex. She asked me about it and i lied and told her no. like rifles driven by magnetism for example. Higher clip capacity virtually no recoil, far less moving parts almost totally silent, no muzzle flash, however about as exciting as a screwdriver. Do you think the us military might turn such weapons that are in every way superior to the m16 down if they lack "sex appeal" ? "somehow I doubt they would turn down a weapon because of sex appeal" I think thats a very good reason if u want to do away with the draft. I'm relatively new to anything "sex related" and I noticed that I'm having trouble having an orgasm. It seems like right before I'm about to climax, the stimulation becomes so intense that its actually uncomfortable. So we have marrying the same sex, which so far is still being fought over but is becoming legal, so does that mean people will be able to marry their brothers and sisters next? What about fathers daughters, sons and mothers, because so far the gay community says that love is love, so if people love their relatives like that should that be legal? So my husband is only nice to me when we have sex . What I mean is this, we work opposite schedules, I work at night, and we have 2 kids, so if there is a week that we don?t have sex then he is a jerk to me over little things to the point I cry sometimes. So I have sex with him just to make sure he won?t get pissed I left a light on or something. My question is, is this normal? From my understanding, a transgendered individual is one who is born with the physical anatomy of one sex but feels that their gender is the opposite. This is where I get confused. Since I'm guessing that most transgendered men don't feel like they literally have a vagina but feel like they should and vise versa, then their opposite sex feelings must come from emotions and mannerisms throughout they're lives that tell them they should be the opposite sex. The only thing I can figure is that these men and women experience emotional feelings and mannerisms that society tells them is more indicative of the opposite sex. It seems, maybe, that hormones might be the cause of these feelings and actions, which are exacerbated by society's cultivated image. Or maybe it's just that these people simply want to be the opposite sex, with no feelings or mannerisms behind it at all. Can someone clear this up for me? To David S: But David, a third arm or a hole in your leg are genetic defects that are unnecessary. Being born with natural, normal sex organs are nothing like birth defects. Are you saying that a person can just look at their body and say: those are or aren't supposed to be there? Where does that come from? I might believe you if you could show me evidence of a child with no concept of gender from society believing that their body is wrong. To Anya: who decides what it means to act like a woman or a man? A group of psychologists? Ourselves? No. It's just the majority of one sex or the other acting as a result of hormones or testosterone. They are proven to show certain intrinsic behaviors particular to one sex or the other. And since men and women have both, the less of one and more of the other respectively is the cause. So please, no more bullshit about 'it just is'. Causality and effect is what allows our universe to function. Anya: who hasn't wanted to have a baby or play mommy/daddy at some point in their lives, huh? I know I did. does that make a 6yo child transgendered? No. Just as high or low testosterone or doesn't always. I'm saying it is a major factor. I said hormones was not definite, but a factor, many scientist now acknowledge that, and I doubt very much if one other universal cause will ever be determined. Its a combination. Anya: Umm, I never said it was definite, only that it was a definite factor...notice how the adjective 'definite' describes the direct object 'factor' and not the subject 'it'. so, finally, you are the one talking in circles, please respond with something else that lets me know you might actually be older than 5. To Lexiegir: How can one identify gender at the ages when they do not speak? It is impossible for one since most cannot speak, thus it would have to be identified through a third party. This baby did this or acted this way so they must feel that they are in the wrong body...that just doesn't happen. Finally, how long is it going to take for the world to realize that there will never be any clear biological link to any of the issues facing the LGBT community. It is environment and hormones. I'm sure it is hard for many of you facing these issues, but through christ you can overcome these issues as I have overcome many of them.

I am curious to have opinions of others (while maintaining anonymity which is why I am asking on this site). How often do married couples have sex? My wife and I have sex maybe every other month. I dont really initiate anymore, we have been married for over 17 years and have two kids. My wife just doesnt seem interested that often... is it because of me? is this normal? I thought women in their 40's were supposed to be at their sexual peak. I have talked to her about this before and I just feel like she turns my question around and I never get an answer. I'm under 16 and was supposed to get my period 5 days ago. I got it yesterday. I'm usually a little late, so that's fine. However, it's not really a flow. It's somewhat browner and very very light. I did get some cramps yesterday, but today I didn't feel anything. I've never had sex, so that can't be it. I'm somewhat worried. If someone could just give me a guideline of if this is common, and if it will become normal over the next couple days or next month. I live in a complex that doesnt allow pets to be left alone unattended. Yesterday I came across a cat who was free roaming outside and decided to take it in so that it wouldnt get hurt. I already own one cat and have been keeping them separate in order for my cat not to get hurt or sick. The cat I took in is bigger than my cat, somewhat fatter in both the face and body. I also know that people will suggest taking it to a shelter but I fear that since its an outdoor cat it might have picked up feline aids and cats with that get immediately euthinized at the shelter. Im trying to find the owner before I take that step, so any other suggestions Id appreciate!!! Thank you! I also posted a picture of the cat in the above link. The cat didnt like its picture being taken but I posted what I could to show the size questioning if it could potentially be pregnant or if its simply just fat. The cat is very friendly, and his nails are also pretty long and at one point he went to stretch his paws and his nail went into my jeans and barely pricked my skin but there was a small almost pinhole scratch. Should I be concern? I do wash my hands whenever I handle the stray cat but is there any other precautions I should take?

i had sex around 4pm..and the condom broke. but he never ejaculated in the condom. though im aware of pre-cum so i took the first dose of plan B at 6pm so its a 2 hour period...from when i had sex and when i took the pill on the box it saids the sooner the better. could it ever too soon?...like 2 hours since they give you such a LONG time spand of 3 days to avoid pregnancy? ..yes know i have to take my second does exactly 12 hours after... which would be 6am tomorrow

Ok so iv been friends with this man for along time we only been friends but i have treated him quite terribly and he put up with it because he loves me alot but i dont love him in the romantic way just as a friend he wants a real relationship now but i cant be with when i dont fancy him hes saying to make up for everything iv done to him over the years an how hes saved my life he wants one night of sex drink an fun. I'm a true believer in nice guys finish last. Not to blow my own trumpet, but I'm not a bad looking guy, not stunning, I'm funny, outgoing, polite, nice, fun to be around but can't seem to find miss right. Saying that, if I do find miss right, I'd think she is too good for me and not even bother trying to ask her out. I havn't been out with a girl for a couple of years now and it's really frustrating. I have no problem talking to the opposite sex but it seems to go straight to friendship. I've been out with a few girls/women but almost everyone of them has cheated on me, so my confidence keeps taking knocks. What to do!!

so i went on a first date with this girl last night, and we literally spent 4 hours at the restaurant just talking and joking and having a good time, and not once did i even think about sleeping with her. Shes definitely a 10 and i find her attractive and its kinda bothering me that I didnt think about sex at all when i was with her. I realized this when I got home and i've been thinking about it all day. Usually im not the relationship kinda guy, (and i usually end up doing something with at least 80% of girls i take out on a first date) i just do the whole hit and run thing cos not a lotta girls are worth the hassle of a relationship. but now this girl has me thinking about a relationship and everything, and believe it or not im actually thinking about getting her flowers for our second date which is something i DO NOT DO. so is this a good thing or a bad thing i didnt think of having sex with the whole time i was with her???? cos im freaking out...HELP!!!

Well theres this girl, and im realy confused about what to do, Weve became pretty friendly and shes told me that she likes me -whoo - if only it were taht simple. Shes a realy nice girl but has a bit of a reputation for being a bit of a - i dunno the word, she seems to like sex - makes alot of sex references etc. Me being only 15 ament sure if i want all this sex sorta stuff but shes realy realy nice - personality and looks. I am trying to get pregnant. I had an IUD removed in the middle of March. I had my period on Easter (can't remember the date) and then a week later, I got it again. Then my last period was May 5th. Today, b/c I felt pregnant, I took a pregnancy test & it was positive. I followed up with 3 more & they are all pregnant. It is possible that it can be true only 18 days after my last period??? The only 2 days I had sex were about 9-10 days ago...I am really hoping this is true but I am so nervous that it may be a false positive. Anyone have any ideas?

I was with my boyfriend and gave him oral sex. We didn't have sex but I'm worried maybe I touched myself and somehow some semen could have gotten on or near me. I know that it would be unlikely to get pregnant without him coming inside. And I don't even know for sure that anything got in or near me. last time I was pregnant (1 yr ago) I had loads of clear watery discharge.. i've never had anything before like that ONLY while being pregnant.. I had sex around 3 weeks ago straight after my period and now i'm getting the same discharge that I mentioned earlier. I'm just wondering if it's too early to be getting those kinds of symptoms? don't tell me to get a pregnancy test because I obviously will if my periods don't come when they're due.

not sure how to word this . so has not to offend anybody.. but i was over at one of the other sites and they posted a question about marriage.. seems the asker thought that if women were not divorce happy that the men would marry more.. and then he went on to say that if the same sex were allow to marry the divorce rate would go down..now i know they are allowed to in some states..so i am a wondering for those of you who are married or just live with your partner.. do you find the same sex couples unions last longer then the hetero couples do.< >
